26 February 2016A Freedom of Information website has been set up by Transport Scotland and Amey in response to over 30 Freedom of Information requests since the closure of the Forth Road Bridge on 4 December 2015.
Following Phase 1 repairs the Forth Road Bridge reopened to vehicles not exceeding 7.5 tonnes in weight and buses on 23 December 2015, and following Phase 2 Repairs to all vehicles up to 44 tonnes, and escorted abnormal loads up to 150 tonnes on 20 February 2016.
