Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The prize is a three-course meal for two from the festive menu, plus one welcome cocktail each, in Samphire Seafood Bar & Grill, Orocco Pier, South Queensferry.

The prize dinner must be booked in advance and is valid until 24 December 2023 and cannot be transferred to a later date.

Orocco Pier will provide all the details for your meal and any additional terms and conditions directly.

The prize draw is open only to UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents aged 18 or over excluding any employees of Forth Bridges Forum and its members and their families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

No purchase necessary. Completion of the Forth Bridge Quiz allows one entry. One entry per person only. The deadline for entries is 11.59pm on Tuesday 5 December 2023.

The prize will be drawn by random number generator. The winner will be contacted by email on Wednesday 6 December and the prize must be accepted within 3 days.

The prize must be accepted and taken by 24 December 2023 is not transferable. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. The decision of the promoter is final and binding in all matters.

Participants' details will be held and may be used by the Promoter (The Forth Bridges Forum) and competition partners for marketing purposes.

By participating, entrants agree that the Promoter is not liable for lost, misdirected, damaged, stolen, illegible or late entries. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion in whole or in part at any time during the promotion period.

By entering the promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Instructions relating to this promotion form part of these terms and conditions.

The winning entry will be selected by The Forth Bridges Forum using a random number generator. The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize does not include any travel insurance, or any other meals or related expenses, except as stated. All travel, activities and accommodation are at the winner's risk. Transportation, taxes, fuel, additional meals, parking, drinks, gratuities, travel upgrades or any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize is also subject to the prize provider's standard terms and conditions. If the winner is unable to use the prize on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited.
