Your View Raises over £55K for Barnardo’s Scotland
Over 900 Brave Participants!
Barnardo’s Scotland welcomed over 900 brave participants on 20 – 22 September to ascend to the top of the Forth Bridge and enjoy uninterrupted views 361ft in the air!
The event raised over £55K for Barnardo’s Scotland, an incredible total which will go towards Employment, Training and Skills work and the Winter Child Poverty Campaign.
It was a truly collaborative event with fantastic support from several partners: Network Rail, Balfour Beatty, Transport for Scotland and The Briggers. Participants travelled from all over the globe including Australia, USA, Portugal and Denmark, and we weekend finished with a wonderful proposal! For many it really was a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit the top of this iconic and unique bridge.
