High Winds affecting the bridge

DUE TO STRONG WINDS EXCEEDING 50mph THE FORTH ROAD BRIDGE IS NOW CLOSED TO DOUBLE-DECK BUSES, MOTORCYCLES, VEHICLES with TRAILERS, CYCLISTS and PEDESTRIANS

Due to essential maintenance, the WEST footpath/cycleway is closed. The EAST Footpath/Cycleway remains open unless due to high winds or an incident.
